Hiring an Office Assistant for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors.
  • Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences and documents
  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
  • Supporting staff with social events.
  • Ensure the office/pantry is clean at all times.
  • Preparing Coffee and Tea for Staff and Visitors.
  • Answers the telephone if necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • High school Diploma.
  • Two year experience as an office assistant.
  • Must have a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
