Hiring an Office Assistant for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors.
- Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences and documents
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Supporting staff with social events.
- Ensure the office/pantry is clean at all times.
- Preparing Coffee and Tea for Staff and Visitors.
- Answers the telephone if necessary.
Key Requirements:
- High school Diploma.
- Two year experience as an office assistant.
- Must have a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skill.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
